I definitely recommend! Just finished my meal and I can say that the food was delicious, very soothing and home-like. Patty (our waitress extraordinaire) was the perfect compliment to the delicious food! Although she was the only one waiting the tables, she was fabulous. Very sweet, genuinely interested in the customers, and a great multi-tasker. To those looking for super fast meal, non family oriented or the kind where you just eat and run- this is probably not your place. For those willing to spend some time talking with those you came to dinner with (just think to talk instead of staring at a phone?!?)- try this place. We loved it.

Ate here last night and had the calamari appetizer and the sea bass entree...words can not describe how wonderful the food was! So fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned..it was absolutely delightful ! I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a great meal. The ambiance is a little kitschy ,but the food is fabulous! There is only one waitress at this site, but she is pleasant and very efficient. All the food is prepared to order so be prepared to wait..this is a wonderful dining venue, don't expect fast food service here and you won't be disappointed.

Great dinner - had the escargot and Eggplant Tower as appetizers...both excellent! Our party ordered shrimp scampi, lasagna and another seafood pasta - all were great!! Sindy our server was very attentive too. Will definitely be back!

Zero complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Crab stuffed mushroom appetizer, Caesar salad and manicotti entree. Add fresh bread and a Montepulchiano D'Abbruzzo and it was a perfect meal. Thanks, Cindy and Mark!

We were fortunate to find this restaurant where the chef who is also the owner was preparing the meals last night. Our waitress' greeting included the fact that the food is prepared upon ordering, that they are not a fast food restaurant. All four of us enjoyed our meals we'll return.

Had family visiting and we decided to try La Strada Italian Restaurant this evening and had a great experience. We had a bottle of Carmenet Cabernet Sauvignon (A CA wine). My wife ordered the chicken Sorrento and the rest of us had veal parmigiana. The meal was excellent. We shared a tiramisu which was great The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was in great shape ( the hot water was hot just like it should be). The staff was there when needed just a great experience - so they received five stars. This was our first visit to LaStrada we will be back.

Meal (veal derusso) was okay but a little salty. Only six people in the restaurant but it took nearly 90 minutes to get our entre.

This restaurant was amazing! The atmosphere is family oriented. The service was on point! Its a small business but the chef made time to come out and ask how was everything. I ordered the seafood cannelloni and it was delicious!! I highly recommend this place! Best Italian restaurant ever!
We had an Amazing experience!!! We had a large party of 10 and everybody agreed that it was some of the best Italian they've had. We had excellent service and the chef even came out to greet us and make sure the food was to our liking. Authentic Italian, with a cozy, fun family atmosphere, and large meals make for an amazing experience. We've tried other Italian restaurants in the area and this is by far our favorite. If your visiting, and are in the mood for Italian, I recommend you eat here.

Slow slow slow service. We got here at seven and are just now leaving at ten. Food taste pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but not bad at all. Good flavors and meat was tender. At least the food was good. One lady is the hostess, waitress, bus boy, etc. For how long the food takes and how long she disappears for, I want to say she's the cook too. Food taste fresh and definitely prepared to order... It just takes forever! One of our friends really wanted lasagna but they were out. Bummer. Gratuity is also included at 18%, at least it was for our table of four. I think the waitress is very nice and she's honest b.c we over paid and she corrected us. I would give it a solid four stars if you have time to sit, chat, drink, and hang out. But personally, it's a Thursday night. I come in at seven and don't leave till 11... that's a bit much. Also food is a tad pricey but the portions are large and the food is made to order. Would only recommend if you have time to burn and it definitely hits the spot if you're in the mood for quality Italian.

Although the waitress was pleasant, the serves was slow. She was the only server for the resturant. The table behind us came in after us, but their order was taken first. After being served, no one ever came back to check on us. The food was very average. The pasta sauce was bland and the prima ravioli special had so much spinach in it, there was very little cheese. It will be a very long time, if ever we return here.

The food was excellent!!! Everything was fresh. I had the lasagna, which was great. They have a great cheese bread (which is extra). I also tasted the ziti and spaghetti, which were also great.

Expensive meal, long wait for the food to arrive, and slow service. Drinks ran out and we had to track down the server. Good appetizer is the Eggplant Napoleon Tower!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

It's should be no star. We had an awful night at this place, waiting for almost an hour for the food. The menu said add a salad or soup with the entrée for one price but if you want to have a soup and add a salad it'll be a different price. We have 3 adult and a kid who split dinner with the adult with additional money and the waitress put on the bill a FIXED tip for 20%. Such a shame for we used to like this place!
